Welcome to Poultry Tracker. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Poultry Tracker mobile application and services. By creating an account or using Poultry Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the account integrity, subscription, and communications terms below.
1. Eligibility
- 1.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use Poultry Tracker.
- 1.2. If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- 1.3. By using the app, you represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. User Accounts and Email Verification
- 2.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- 2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- 2.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- 2.4. Email verification is required. After signing up, you must verify your email address using the link sent to your inbox. An account that is not verified within a reasonable period will be marked incomplete and is subject to deletion without further notice.
- 2.5. You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app or this website.

- Right to deletion: You can delete your account and all data associated with it. This action is permanent and removes all your records, marketplace listings, and chat history from our servers.
- How to delete: You can initiate a full data and account deletion at any time directly through the Settings tab within the app. Navigate to Settings and select "Delete Account" to permanently remove your information.
3. Account Integrity and Prohibited Conduct
Poultry Tracker is built for real farmers managing real flocks. To keep it that way:
- 3.1. You may not create multiple accounts to spam, abuse, or manipulate the app, the marketplace, or other users. Accounts identified as bots or spam accounts will have those accounts deleted without notice.
- 3.2. Accounts flagged for malicious activity, including fraud, abuse of other users, manipulation of marketplace listings, or attempts to compromise the app or its data, will be investigated and are subject to a temporary ban, permanent ban, or deletion, depending on the severity of the case.
- 3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice where the severity of the violation warrants it.
- 3.4. Repeated or severe violations may result in a permanent ban from creating new accounts on Poultry Tracker.
4. Subscriptions and Free Trial
- 4.1. Certain features of Poultry Tracker require a paid subscription.
- 4.2. First-time subscribers are eligible for a one-month free trial on their very first subscription. This offer applies once per user and is not available on renewals, repeat subscriptions, or to accounts that have previously held a paid subscription.
- 4.3. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription will continue at the applicable rate shown in the app at the time of purchase.
- 4.4. Subscription purchases are processed through the Google Play billing system and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies.
5. Communications
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive emails and in-app communications from the official Poultry Tracker team, including important account notices, security alerts, email verification links, and updates about the app and your subscription. These are considered part of the service and are not optional marketing opt-ins.
6. App Services and Offline Functionality
- 6.1. Poultry Tracker provides tools for flock management, health tracking, and regional community interaction.
- 6.2. We provide offline functionality to support farmers in remote areas. Data recorded while offline is synced to our servers once connectivity is restored.
- 6.3. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of production data or insights.
7. AI Tools and Chatbot
- 7.1. Our AI chatbot provides information to assist with poultry management.
- 7.2. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You must verify critical information before making farming or financial decisions.
- 7.3. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. Health and Disease Information
Poultry Tracker provides information on common poultry diseases and prevention measures as a reference tool for farmers.
- 8.1. Veterinary consultation required: Before administering vaccines or medications, always consult with a qualified veterinarian. This app is for record-keeping and educational reference only.
- 8.2. No liability for losses: We are not responsible for poultry deaths, illnesses, or financial losses. The app is a management tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
- 8.3. Accuracy: We do not guarantee the medical accuracy of health-related content. Users must verify all protocols with local experts.
9. Regional Community Chat
- 9.1. Users may communicate with fellow farmers in their region.
- 9.2. You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, spam, or involves harassment.
- 9.3. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content to maintain a safe environment.
- 9.4. Messages may be automatically deleted after 3 days to maintain data hygiene.
10. Marketplace
- 10.1. Poultry Tracker provides a platform for users to buy and sell poultry products.
- 10.2. We are a platform provider, not a party to the transactions. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products sold.
- 10.3. Users are responsible for arranging their own payments and deliveries.
11. Third-Party Services
- 11.1. We utilize third-party services, including but not limited to Supabase (for database and storage) and Groq (for AI processing).
- 11.2. Your use of these features is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of Supabase and Groq.
- 11.3. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or data handling practices of these third-party services.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Poultry Tracker are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app without prior written permission.
13. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data, including regional and farm data, as outlined in this policy.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Poultry Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poultry Tracker and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
