2. Eligibility
- 2.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use Poultry Tracker.
- 2.2. If you are under 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- 2.3. By using the app, you represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You have full control over your personal information. As a user of Poultry Tracker, you have the following rights:
- 3.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- 3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- 3.3. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- 3.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- 3.5. You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time through the website.
- Right to Access: You can view the data associated with your account at any time through the app.
- Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all data associated with it. This action is permanent and removes all your records, marketplace listings, and chat history from our servers.
- How to Delete: You can initiate a full data and account deletion at any time directly through the Settings tab within the Poultry Tracker app. Simply navigate to Settings and select "Delete Account" to permanently remove your information.
4. App Services and Offline Functionality
- 4.1. Poultry Tracker provides tools for flock management, health tracking, and regional community interaction.
- 4.2. We provide offline functionality to support farmers in remote areas. Data synced while offline will be updated to our servers once connectivity is restored.
- 4.3. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of production data or insights.
5. AI Tools and Chatbot
- 5.1. Our AI chatbot provides information to assist with poultry management.
- 5.2. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain errors. You must verify critical information before making farming or financial decisions.
- 5.3. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
6. Health and Disease Information
Poultry Tracker provides information on common poultry diseases and prevention measures as a reference tool for farmers.
- 6.1. Veterinary Consultation Required: Before administering vaccines or medications, always consult with a qualified veterinarian. This app is for record-keeping and educational reference only.
- 6.2. No Liability for Losses: We are not responsible for poultry deaths, illnesses, or financial losses. The app is a management tool, not a substitute for professional veterinary care.
- 6.3. Accuracy: We do not guarantee the medical accuracy of health-related content. Users must verify all protocols with local experts.
7. Regional Community Chat
- 7.1. Users may communicate with fellow farmers in their region.
- 7.2. You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, spam, or involves harassment.
- 7.3. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content to maintain a safe environment.
- 7.4. Messages may be automatically deleted after 3 days to maintain data hygiene.
8. Marketplace
- 8.1. Poultry Tracker provides a platform for users to buy and sell poultry products.
- 8.2. We are a platform provider, not a party to the transactions. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products sold.
- 8.3. Users are responsible for arranging their own payments and deliveries.
9. Third-Party Services
- 9.1. We utilize third-party services, including but not limited to Supabase (for database and storage) and Groq (for AI processing).
- 9.2. Your use of these features is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of Supabase and Groq.
- 9.3. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or data handling practices of these third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Poultry Tracker are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our app without prior written permission.
11. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data, including regional and farm data, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Poultry Tracker is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poultry Tracker and its affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
